Leaking Chimney

We get many many calls for leaky chimneys. Many people don’t know they have a problem till it’s too late.

The top of the chimney chase is covered by a chase cover. The chase cover in the pictures below is the very rusty metal.

We can resolve the chase cover issue very simply, and guarantee the problem never returns! In fact we have a lifetime of the home warranty!

We have a metal smith make a stainless steel chase cover with raised breaks in the metal to shed water away. Also we have the smith put drip edges on the edges to help further shed water away. Lastly we have our chase covers welded and epoxy sealed at corners and edges to insure water never gets in.
