Chimney Leak Repair

Have you seen pieces of your chimney in your yard or around the base of your chimney? Likely it’s from spalling and water damage. In this case, the water entry originated from the crown that was cracked all over and then acted like cancer to the brick underneath. We tuck pointed and poured a new over hanging crown to permanently fix the water issues. We also did some rebuilding and tuck pointing of the mortar joints to complete the proper repair.
