Kiel

Kiel is one of our rockstar repair technicians who’s currently leveling up his skills as he works toward becoming CSIA certified. Training alongside Tony, he’s been the ultimate right-hand man—showing up early, staying late, and jumping in wherever he’s needed. Whether he’s prepping vans before sunrise, organizing the warehouse after hours, or coming in on a weekend to make sure the next mantel install is flawless, Kiel is all in.

His favorite part of the job? Rolling up to a jobsite with everything dialed in and seeing the client’s reaction when their fireplace transformation begins—especially if he gets to swing a hammer or two. He says there’s nothing like a good demo day to kick things off right.
