How long does a repair take?
A fireplace or chimney repair can take anywhere from ¼ of a day, to several days long. At the end of the day, your home and safety of your family is our priority. We do the job start to finish to ensure it is up to our high expectations.
Would my homeowner’s insurance cover a repair?
They could! If there is proof that the damage to your fireplace or chimney happened while you were the homeowner, we can help you file a claim with your insurance! We are very experienced in-home insurance claims, and will do everything in our power to get you paid for the damages!
Do I have to pay up front for a repair?
Nope! With the estimate that the technician gave you, we do require a 30% deposit. This will allow us to order the needed materials for your job. The rest will be due at time of completion, or an agreed upon payment plan.
The repair is out of my budget, can I still move forward with it?
Yes! We do require a 30% deposit, which will allow us to order the materials needed for your job. We offer in house payment plans that can give you a monthly payment as low as $50! There is no credit check, bank agreement, it interest. It is simply an agreement between you and us!
